Does Southern Quay sell guest information to anyone?
No — information is used only to run bookings and the monthly calendar, and is never sold or passed on for marketing.
Can a guest ask what the house holds about them?
Yes, a written request through the contact page will bring a reply within a fortnight, setting out exactly what’s on file.
How is booking information stored?
On a password-protected system accessible only to the house dealer and the kitchen roster, and deleted after twelve months.
Who sees CCTV footage from the card room?
Only the house, and only when reviewing an incident; footage is otherwise deleted automatically after thirty days.
